CSSMA remains front line management’s best vehicle for taking a meaningful seat at SSA's decision-making table. As a larger majority of us join CSSMA and add our voices to the chorus -- the more credible and powerful our voice becomes.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP?

Membership in this organization shall be open, on a voluntary basis, to all permanent field, TSC, and ODAR management and staff specialist personnel in the Chicago Region. This includes DMs, ADMs, HODs, TSC Managers, GSs, OSs, MSSs, ASCs! Membership is also open, on a voluntary basis, to employees who are serving in a competitively selected NTE management position that would otherwise qualify for membership if it were permanent.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Complete the Member Application, Committee Interest Statement, and Form 1187 and send them to your area representative. Click on the What is CSSMA – CSSMA Officers link for a list of representatives and their addresses. Or you can send it directly to the CSSMA Treasurer listed on the

application.
