Management Associations rely on a strong membership base in order to accomplish its goals. We are much more credible and influential as an organization because we have a high level of membership. Historically, the National Council of Social Security Management Associations has enjoyed a high rate of membership and we continue this high rate of membership. Nationally, over 75% of all field office and TSC managers, supervisors, and staff specialists are members of a regional association. We also invite retired field office, hearing office, and TSC managers. supervisors, and staff specialists to join or continue their membership with the NCSSMA and remain informed and involved!
If you are not a member, it is important that you join. We advocate for issues that affect the effectiveness of the Social Security Administration and issues that affect your job. We need your support.
Please see the attached message regarding our 2011 NCSSMA Membership Drive. It commends Ryan Nelson, our Membership Committee Chair, the Membership Committee, and the Regional Ambassadors, for their tremendous effort and success! This dynamic and energetic group deserves a special thank you from all of us and I wanted to acknowledge the great job they did!
