Activities Registration

REGISTRATION for special activities is DUE BY 9/21/07.
REGISTRATION for the hotel is DUE by 9/27/07.

It is time for all officers, delegates and visitors to the 2007 NCSSMA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia to register for their hotel rooms.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Society Hill.  Reservations can be made by going to the following link: http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/StarGroupsWeb/booking/reservation?id=0708154848&key=E6E3C

The hotel has agreed to the government rate of $138.00 for the period 10/27/07 through 11/03/07.
There will be no tax charged. Please make your reservation by 9/27/07.

The 2007 National meeting will be held at the Philadelphia Sheraton Society Hill.  The cost of guest rooms will be $138 per night.  Please reserve your room by September 27, 2007.  The hotels web site states: "Enjoy a warm welcome and step back in time to colonial Philadelphia at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel. Transportation

The hotel recommends the Lady Liberty Shuttle Service for shuttle transport to and from the airport.  They charge $10.00.  Call 215-724-8888 to make a reservation.  Philadelphia International Airport code is PHL (approx. 10 miles from hotel).
